Third Party Recruitment Policy

Formations has an internal shared services HR team dedicated to talent acquisition. However, in special circumstances, we do partner with third-party recruitment agencies to supplement our internal process. We understand the effort required to source high quality candidates, which is why we carefully select third-party recruiters as preferred vendors.

Becoming a Third- Party Recruiting Vendor

Recruitment agencies shall not contact Formations members directly. All recruitment activities must be coordinated with a member of our shared services HR team. If you would like to be considered as a third-party recruiter, please contact the shared services HR team via email at hr@formations.ca. Include information about your firm as well as primary point of contact. Please note that this does not guarantee a contract or agreement.

Without a vendor agreement/contract in place, Formations will have no obligation with any fees associated with the third-party recruitment agency. Verbal commitments from any other member of Formations will not be considered binding terms. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruitment agencies to know this policy.
